It would be very appropriate to use some of its functionalities when an employee has finished his work and has reported it correctly. In this case, we proceed to rate and mark your work on the platform and then reward him.
It is definitely very well suited for cases like how my company uses it (which is a platform to celebrate colleagues and peers within the company, public or privately—depending on your choice). It feels good to write a review on someone I care about and want to celebrate. Maybe it would be less appropriate if the reviews were to be mandatorily public, but I don't know if that even exists.
Encourages our staff to make an effort to support our employees by handing out KUDOS for good deeds or for bright ideas that help innovate the company.
Helps our leaders make informed decisions on good staff by viewing the distribution of KUDOS to our employees and helps maintain a level of professionalism between the employees.
I think Kudos could use some UI enhancements as it can be a bit much info at one time
I believe Kudos could probably do a better job guiding administrators in setting up their organization kudos page/system to maximize its appearance and layout
In my experience, current prepaid cards for cash and his platform has the worst support and compatibility for Mexico establishments and commerce hance it is limited the use for Mexico.
I think there are too many steps to submit an award
In my opinion, we need to refresh and offer more products and services compatible to redeem credit earn on platform
It is really very usable. I cannot find anything to complain about its usability. The UX is done perfectly. Even when I used it first, I figured my way around it really quickly. Now, I cannot remember if I had a 'user tutorial' first time I opened it, but if not, that would maybe be a place for improvement.
The company has an in-house customer support team. They can be reached by email or phone. The response time is good and I do not have anything negative to say about them. The good thing is that the hours of operation are 24/7 so one can reach them anytime with questions about reward management.
Generally, Kudos is super user friendly and anyone can use it even with little or no knowledge of computers. The user interface is fun, interesting with lots of emojis that can be customized to a user's emotions at a time. The redeeming of kudos and the various gifts and reward schemes all bring about lots of interest and fascination to working, especially when it's remote working.
I have not used any product other than BRAVO! for recognition. Other than that, it has just been 1 1 communication OR during a meeting; we can provide some kudos to different folks. Although public, in-the-moment recognition may not always be received the way we hoped, some folks prefer more indirect recognition.
I do not think there is any negative impact. We had a homegrown rewards management tool. It was useful in communicating with employees.
It was difficult to run reports in the past and we had to maintain accounts with different vendors. It was difficult as we could only work with a limited number of companies to obtain gift cards.
