It's well suited for sales and support environments where you need to give live coaching or real time feedback to your team members. It also helps when you have to take some strategic decisions, specifically if you are working in. support environments to identify trends, spikes in call volume, etc, and the virtual receptionist is a great help, too when the call volume is higher. For me in sales it helps with live monitoring, auto-transcript of calls, call tagging etc.

We switched from Comcast years ago and haven't looked back. Nextiva has been an excellent choice for us. There has been minimal downtime, an easy-to-configure website, and fantastic live chat customer support. This product is easy to use if you need a VOIP call center system to manage users and how calls are routed. We recommend it!

Pros
  • Ability to do live monitoring of calls whenever I need to provide real time feedback to my team members as it also ensures smooth interaction
  • Liked the option of auto-transcription whenever I am in a hurry and need just basic transcript of what happened on the call
  • Call Analytics is also great for you to help identify trends, and get some granular data points for making some strategic decisions

  • Make onboarding easy and back it up with support. This lead to no service downtime for our customers while we transitioned.
  • Make their software very intuitive and user friendly while providing a good knowledgebase if you need a refresh or get stuck figuring something out on your own as I like to do.
  • Being very friendly and attentive when questions were being asked for needs we had.

Cons
  • Integration with Salesforce isn't there, which I believe every software must have these days.
  • No bulk SMS feature

  • Only complaint is when you try to use the online assistant, it can take a while to get to you but it's not really been that bad and if I can't wait, I will just call and get them right away.

Its user friendly, easy to use and has been very reliable. We have nothing but good things to say about our service with Nextiva Business Phone Service. When needed their support team has always resolved any and all issues one way or another. They have been helpful, knowledgeable and very friendly. The features vs the cost is wonderful compared to other service providers.

Usability

The whole system sucks. It’s the worst and we are stuck. They won’t price match, they won’t even consider the other quotes we have and all they tell us to buy out and move on. They’re money grabbing snakes who need to go away. How they have this many stars is insane. I don’t know how people are writing these reviews

Support is great. We usually get someone on the phone; they answer our questions and help us with our issues. They are responsive when we call, and there is also a wealth of information on their online help center, which will typically answer our question or send us in the right direction.

No was done by Agency Owner and was done with the help of Nextiva Support and Sales team. Went very well and has been working great since then. Was originally only two phones and then we continue to add to that. We did not have any reported issues and was a great experience for our Agency and Small Business.

Alternatives Considered
I am not a decision maker who decides whether to buy a software or not but yes Krispcall has a lot of advantages compared to other vendors in the similar lines and one of them is it being cost efficent.

Nextiva Business Phone Service provides the same functionality that we desire for a lesser price than their competitors. I think where they really shine is their customer service. Our account manager has always been very helpful and never left me wondering if I'm missing out on anything. Their customer service is top notch and responds very soon after inquiring and just about every time the issue we were having was addressed and solved in under 2 days.

Return on Investment
  • seamless process for live feedback and monitoring
  • helpful in strategic decision making
  • reduce the burden of listening to the calls, as at times auto-transcript does the job for you

  • ROI - we are saving money, a lot of money, and we have a MUCH better phone system
  • Consolidation - we migrated 6 different phone systems in 6 different counties into one, and it's been wonderful!
  • Management - managing this system is so much better than Mitel, Panasonic, and any other system I have used. We are able to assign rights to certain staff to also make changes, and it's user friendly and almost fool proof.
