The software is used well for us since we wanted to cut down on incorrect invoicing and fraudulent purchase orders from our distributors. We were dealing with some fake transactions that then were sent through our sales pipeline and ultimately were paid out. For businesses that are looking for 3rd party verifications to prevent these types of mistakes it has worked well.

  • There needs to be more guidance for agents to read what is in a report about a user.
  • The IP block should also work for US states too as we have to block them for regulations.

We use multiple features to make sure we have the best outcome for each verification. It gives more usage to the product and we actually grant more customers the ability to transact with us. There is plenty of times where our customers would have left us if we did not have any verifications available

Other options we tried did not have the flexibility needed for our business. They wouldn't work with us or provide responses to our feedback. We felt ignored and eventually had to look for a better tool that could resolve our issue. Trust Swiftly could do the same features but even more by making it faster and easier to complete the checks
