From our experience, most people that fill out our surveys will do so from a mobile device.   • There are limits as far as features and design options, and it would be nice to have more customization options.
  • The reporting and analyzing of survey data needs improvement. Exported reports do not show answers to custom text answers, and you can only read them online.
  • Needs more template options for specific use cases.
