Red Hat provides configurable rules and workflow interface that be used by Non-technical users like Operations, Finance etc to develop and automate their operational processes.

Alternatives Considered
We were striving to automate the entire process because our core firm focuses on the recruitment process, as I indicated previously. Comprehensive automation, on the other hand, is unthinkable in our sector. As a result, we went with Red Hat Decision Manager, which has handled almost all of our business rule management difficulties. In order to close candidates, we were also able to automate decision-making.
