Hubilo vs. Livestorm

It is well suited when you do not care much about the UI and have a great internet connection and you need a wide variety of content on a wide number of topics provided by high value CEOs, Tech heads and entrepreneurs. Be ready, though, to face some minor bugs and small lag issues and bad video quality on low internet bandwidth

Livestorm is well suited to use when you need to reach a group of more than ten people. It wouldn't be a good solution if you wanted interaction from the audience in more than the form of chat.

• The entire virtual platform is very user friendly on both the front and back ends.
• The opportunity for attendees to connect with each other via video chat using the Lounges made for good interaction.
• The support staff at Hubilo were always there to answer questions and assist when needed.

• Easy to set up landing pages. Landing pages have great design and allow users to select which session they want to attend (if it's a recurring webinar)
• The analytics is great and allows you to export everything, even all the info they enrich with Clearbit
• The webinar room is super intuitive and I always feel like I have full control

• At the time, connecting registration to platform login seemed a bit unwieldy...but I believe they have addressed.

As I mentioned before, good content overall. Gets very laggy and buggy at times. Several issues with limited or low internet connectivity, can get almost unbearable at times. This platform is very user friendly. I had zero training and I was able to successfully create events, customize company emails, export data, navigate feature set, and enable integrations, etc... I had to do a little bit of research into how their on-demand events worked logistically but that took about 10 minutes

In all ways, Hubilo was a better value for our organization in features, cost per attendee, and support provided. Launching the platform, personalization and set up for events seemed easier than demonstrations of other products with more customization (at no extra costs) and user experience seemed similar if not better in some areas than the higher priced alternatives.
