I am not familiar with other contact management systems; before Highrise, we used a paper rolodex. But for our purposes, which have certainly changed over the last several years, we've been able to adapt Highrise to our needs. We've changed our tagging protocol - now, for example, we have social media tags, so I can narrow a contacts search down by contacts who have Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, etc. And we've added fields in the Contact Info so that we can include links to those pages when they exist, and you can click on it to go directly to those pages. It definitely meets our needs, though we are a fairly small marketing department, under 50 employees who utilize Highrise, and probably far fewer who use it frequently. Particularly with the tagging system, I could see a large number of users creating useless and overwhelming numbers of tags
Less Annoying CRM is an excellent system for us as we log everything we do with a customer and has easy access to the imfromation later. May sound "of course" but this is by far the easiest CRM I've ever worked with during my 30 years in sales. Follow-up and scheduling is easy managable as well as designing forms and fields our selves. Less Annoying CRM has a good list of plug'ins to other software for integrational puposes. Most important to us is support when needed. Less Annoying CRM excels in its support. Don't hesitate, it doesn't do everything, but get started and get surprised
Able to see all activity, this helps if you need to find out who made updates last.
You can create different tags for clients. We have tags labels for each product the client has with our company, so when we need to pull reports it saves a lot of time.
If a client has multiple people in the office you can add all their informaiton.
Ease of moving calendar / action items around, closing out
Customer service is extremely responsive, they don't hide behind a "contact us" form on their website as so many companies seem to do. You can readily reach them by phone!
The one thing I was looking for is a place to manage multiple businesses with one project. Like if I am selling a "summer camp guide," I would like to have info for sales in one place with multiple contacts and businesses. LACRM customer service provided a workaround for me by suggesting I set up a specific pipeline for each project and them put each business in there. It is working great and, actually, a much better way to manage the project than I have originally intended.
I really don't have anything else to add. LACRM is perfect for us.
It's become the heart of our contact management system - it's low cost, simple to use and high impact for us. We are using a version that allows for unlimited employees, 50,000 Highrise contacts and 100 Gb or file storage. This means to us that this is scalable and sufficient for the foreseeable future. By using some other apps we can add some things that we need that aren't built into the product. We use infusionsoft but not as a contact manager for clients. When a contact in infusionsoft reaches a certain stage and we get more "hands on", we use Zapier to setup the contact in Highrise and create an embryonic deal. We like Mailchimp for email newsletters and Mailchimp syncs nicely with Highrise. Finally we use SalesClic to give us a more refined sales pipeline.
I knew nothing about CRMs, and within a day of purchasing Less Annoying CRM, I was able to set up my contacts list with custom fields. After a brief call to Customer Service, I was able to set up my first pipelines and understand how to use them. This CRM is so simple to use, and extremely versatile.
Customer support is fantastic with these guys, they’re always very prompt to answer, and the team is very personable and easy to work with. I can’t really say much more than that, my interactions have been fairly limited, but what interactions I had, I can see without a shadow of a doubt they were very enjoyable and swift in resolving my issues.
After explaining that I was moving from Salesforce and the problems I was encountering, they took over and implemented the data in such a quick and efficient way, I was looking for the other shoe to drop but they did an amazing job so very impressed
We use to use Connectwise and Highrise is a breath of fresh air compared to Connectwise. We love that the 37 signal services are all web based. We can connect anywhere making working on the go much easier for everyone. Our challenge with Basecamp was that it was a computer program based product which made it very slow and inefficient. It also conflicted with our Mac computers because it only worked on a Windows platform. None of this is the case for Highrise. I've never had a load issue nor has it ever run slow. It's up to the minute with any updates and entries. The categories it offers is wonderful and very appreciated. Organization is key, and it's the best way to keep everyone on task. Overall, we are very happy with the product
Less Annoying CRM is so much easier to use and is at least as powerful if not more in the areas that matter to me as a small business owner. The way you do things in Less Annoying CRM are the ways that common sense would dictate you do them. It doesn't overcomplicate things to show how smart the engineers that designed it were.
Not just storage of information, but utilizing that information to build stronger relationships with clients
Because it's web-based, we can be at our desk or on the road and still have the full functionality of the CRM at our fingertips, which helps us keep focusing on sales!
