The product has improved a lot since they started. It's becoming more robust, and still simple with a lot of great features. The interface, although has room for improvement, is easy to use and quick to learn, providing a pleasant experience. It doesn't require the user to spend a lot of minutes editing form fields, and at the end of the day/week, you will have your report of work done.
The sheer ease of use provides you with an absolutely seamless experience. This, alongside a highly passionate team, provides you with an app in which you can interview, hire and begin working with staff in a matter of only a few weeks.
The staff are fantastic and will do anything to ensure that your experience is nothing but the best.
Everything is done without paper, ensuring that everything is all in one place. It’s simple and easy to use.
Also, the app is updated on a regular basis, in which a number of different features are added and removed.
We use the integration with Zapier to connect our calendars to TMetric, and there is some limitation in that only one set of default settings (task, project) can be applied.
I think usability is where this product really shines. It just plain works. It's snappy, intuitive, and gets the job done. It is incredibly easy to use with a color-coded tagging system. It very clearly details out your breaks VS billable time, and gives you detailed reports that are useful when talking with clients and/or meeting with stakeholders.
During 4 years, we have not needed much support, but when we did, the responses were fast and effective (although not always written in the most comprehensible English).
This is the first job where I have used a website like Harri to hire new staff and get their details added to our HR system. Everything has always been completed by hand. As mentioned, this is a lot more time consuming and increases the chances of errors being made. I think Harri is an awesome tool.
We required the 3 fields to be entered: project, task and activity - with links to related software (in GitHub). When we last evaluated, in 2018, only TMetric enables us to configure these with sufficient granularity for our needs.
