It works for posting on job sites outside of school and universities but doesn't hit those though its channels. I have to use Handshake in order to achieve my needs. However, Handshake is so awful that I think I might even write my own Web application that does what Handshake can do and do it better. In fact, I think that I made a "Bob Board" application back in the 1990's and it did just fine.
