greytHR vs. ServiceNow HR Service Delivery

greytHR can be recommended when starting off exploring HRMS tools. However, the robustness of the tool needs improvement so that it can fit everyone's use case as well as inclusion of newer features that many competitors offer already. If you have a very big team, then this tool may not be the perfect fit as bugs will be easily visible

The service request management function is excellent, but the system misses a bit in the UI (user interface) issue, which ends up being somewhat complex. So I believe there could be a tab on the platform with video tutorials to help with the experience, I don't know if it has, and if it does, it could have easier access so that all users know what it has and how to see it.

• Leave Management - Anyone can track and get leave approvals easily
• Daily Attendance Management - Check in-time, out-time, late time etc.
• Employee Information Management - Salary details, appraisal details etc. can be tracked on the portal.

• The tool is sometimes slow.
• I believe that the issue of inactivity can be improved, we need to re-log in if we don't use the tool for a long time.
• Add more languages ​​to the tool.

• Simply helped us manage payroll for our employees effectively
• Tax declaration was made easy in India as they also offered calculations based on the new & old tax regimes.
• Reduced manual effort in leave tracking for our team where it was done ineffectively prior to having greytHR
