It also provides an excellent format for scoring the calls your individual contributors are making. Researching interactions through artificial intelligence provides a ton of hours of time saved for our team. It is not a replacement for your CRM or source of truth
This software is ideal for companies that need to be in permanent contact with their customers and provide them with a better online service through different channels. I also recommend the software to all sales companies, as it will help them to better train their agents and close more contracts.
The intelligence of the software allows the creation of algorithms, metrics, and advanced reports, to train sales agents and improve their sales performance and customer treatment.
Allows you to search for recordings or archives of any customer interaction in real-time, to closely monitor and draw from that experience some sales learning and improvement.
It has an easy control panel, where you can attend to customers, monitor performance, pull reports, and have everything under control in an easy-to-manage interface.
If you forgot to add Gong to your meeting, the Gong bot will take a while (a minute or so) to be added. This might lead to you losing some time for the meeting recording.

Gong is one of the best if not the best tools we have in or tech stack in terms of ROI and ease of use. The ai features that have been released over the past year have continued to add value and are not just shiny new features that don't get used. It is also an easy to use platform for our sales and customer success reps, takes very little time to become proficient in. The deal boards also provide great visibility into opps for management and leadership
I gave it a 9 here because Gong is well-suited for being a one-stop-shop for call listening as a while. The reason I didn't rate it a 10 is the UI can sometimes be a bit tough to navigate and figure out where to do certain actions.

Gong has by far the most comprehensive information about each call, and integrates the best with our CRM: Salesforce. Not only that, but the call recording itself is the least intrusive, and it is automatically added to every external call that our team creates.

Thanks to the fact that we have been able to have greater and better control of calls, chats, emails, and other interactions with customers, we were able to improve the performance of our agents, correct errors that were in the conversations, and make good manuals and user guides for the agent to know how to deal with customers, expanding our numbers and increasing our sales.
