Forcepoint Email Security vs. LuxSci

I have been working for years with Forcepoint--they have the ultimate package in terms of integration of DLP and mail security

Apparently secure website hosting and email. Perhaps could have some better background on common website features.

• Ease of GUI
• Rule creating very intuitive

• Some email spam protection.
• Security for websites.

• Speed is not the best but its email not instant chat

• Unable to provide email script for their servers.
• Email filtering sometimes false negatives.
• Sometimes difficulty with tech support.
• Development requests pending for 2 years now.

The support could be better, but the good thing is rarely having to call them.

While the Cisco Email was a close second, the customization of the Forcepoint Email Security policies and reports is what won us over.

• Even though Forcepoint solution is targeted high in terms of price, the added value it provides to an organization by securing their system in web and mail is tremendous

• Cost-effective. I manage (poorly) multiple websites myself & with the help of Luxsci tech support.
• Generally, things work.
• I wish they had more info on what I think are common issues with websites or email.
