Apparently secure website hosting and email. Perhaps could have some better background on common website features.

• Security for email.
• Some email spam protection.
• Security for websites.

• Unable to provide email script for their servers.
• Email filtering sometimes false negatives.
• Sometimes difficulty with tech support.
• Development requests pending for 2 years now.

• Cost-effective. I manage (poorly) multiple websites myself & with the help of Luxsci tech support.
• Generally, things work.
• I wish they had more info on what I think are common issues with websites or email.
