Cons	FaceCruit No answers on this topic	HireVue We have experienced some technical issues with the Live Interview feature. A lot of time it is because the user's computer settings are not set up correctly. They are working on adding a feature that will allow you to edit the email templates. Hoping for this to be released soon as it is nice to have different communications sent out for different cites around the globe. Customized CodeVues can be difficult to set up. Alternatives Considered	FaceCruit No answers on this topic	HireVue Gray Peak doesn't even compare to HireVue. Where I think Gray Peak is a 2 or 3 out of 10, I am absolutely convinced that HireVue is a 10! Yes there are probably some tweaks for HireVue but this product is truly amazing. Return on Investment	FaceCruit No answers on this topic	HireVue Time to fill has been reduced/ shortened since we are able to screen more candidates quicker. Time to schedule has been shortened as candidates are able to self-schedule their own interviews with a hiring manager; no more chasing people through phone calls to coordinate multiple schedules. Candidate reach has been greatly enhanced - we can reach more candidates than we ever could with traditional phone screening.
