I explained this in my other post but this all depends on the size of your team. For smaller teams this would work well. Not for a scaling enterprise from what I have seen in the platform. still a nice tool, cheap, easy to use, all the things you would want

  • Crystal - It helps in understanding which are the key sales or opportunities to be closed to attain the required commission
  • Quota Attainment Tracker - This gives graphical representation of how much attainment has been achieved year wise
  • Tier attainment helps us to understand what more to be added to gain more to be added to go to next tier of commission

  • Integration with Salesforce, for games and group dynamics, competitions, and rewards.
  • Data storage of sales representatives, management of their work, the performance they have in it, and the economic impact of their sales.
  • We don't need more complicated tools, and less if it is to manage group dynamics, finding SalesScreen that is much easier to use really comforts us.

  • Since it shows the data of sales so they don't have any method by which the refund in the sales can be tracked. One of my teammate had refund done but it was not showing in the Everstage. I think this need to improved
  • The dashboard can be improved by showing some emojis, if he is coming on top and makes the employee feel happy.
  • Sometime after login it shows the 3 months before data, i think it should start by showing the current data.

  • I would like better graphics, to visualize the competitions and rewards in a much more customizable and fun way.
  • Improve mobile application, we access it much more since it is more practical; however, we cannot visualize it as interactive as on the computer and this is significant.

Because as of now how much I have used I am ok with it as it is helping me in daya to day work because it hep us to see the content in right manner with help of good visualization. the dashboards and all are up to the mark which make it more convinient to use .

Using Everstage, plans can now be easily rolled out in a matter of minutes and today, everyone from sales ops to the C-Suite has quick access to the intelligence they need to inform better sales forecasting. With Everstage on our desktops and mobile devices, we keep commission pay transparent and accessible.

It's Wonderful. They have been accessible when in need. the response is immediate and genuine. the support wait time is not too long either. when a fault is pointed out, thy accept it and try to work on it and within a week they try to find a better option to resolve the issue. Accepting and working to deliver better is really appreciable thing. Kudos to the team on that

Alternatives Considered
Everstage has kept its promise of providing timely, accurate incentive calculations while outperforming against previous solutions. It takes overly complex process with lots of data and inputs, and streamlines it and makes the process much more efficient. It was chosen also due to its high level of integration with our existing CRM platform, as well the robust nature of the software itself.

We considered Hoopla, for having similar tools, but SalesScreen was the one that best suited our work group, and its interface was much easier to use. I like how SalesScreen presents group dynamics options like competitions or ranking, Hoopla didn't seem as interactive to me.
