Likelihood to Recommend	Very well suited for MSPs, which is where we are being allowed to use it from. Quite cheap compared to some competitors, too. Cons	Their hardware was terrible. We had one product fail four times in 3 months, another fail twice in six months. Same client. The RMM is poorly coded, designed and implemented. Alternatives Considered	Our previous system was N-able RMM and while it was a good tool, the current version of Datto RMM has been better in most aspects.
