It really just could be easier to use. I feel like there is a lot of repetition and things could be smoother between pages. Why do the loans turn red in your queue, no one has ever been able to answer me that.

Hubspot is putting everything in Loancierge into it, repetitive for tracking purposes. We also have Portico integrated with Loancierge, they do mesh well most days but some days one is down and you cannot use the other.
