Likelihood to Recommend	No answers on this topic	I think HackerRank is very good for companies who have many candidates applying for specific coding related roles and they do not have time to interview all of them for the positions. It is a quick and easy way to screen out candidates before moving on to interviews. In situations where there are less qualified candidates for a role, or if the role is more specialized, it may be better to use another method than HackerRank.
