Cloze is a contact automation and meeting log tool that pulls from apps to automatically create one view of every person and company - all their contact details, their complete history - every email back and forth, phone calls, meetings, notes on Evernote, documents exchanged and interactions on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter. Cloze even grabs email signatures so contact data is always up-to-date.

Cloze makes automatic decisions that often make no sense and you don't discover those mistakes unless it's too late. I would prefer Cloze to be less "Intelligent" and prompt the user more often to make specific decisions. Cloze is a good tool as an email system with great analytics on the contacts and on the emails. The user interface is far too full of information, it’s too much not to be distracted. It would be great if it was simplified. I do not recommend it as a Sales CRM because it’s very complicated to manage the deals and the contacts involved in every deal. Cloze needs a total and profound refurbishment.
Well suited for any size company which needs CRM management. Easy to use. Great for individuals or teams that use Apple products. Daylite and ios expert integration has been key in capturing leads from our website into the Daylite database, plus then if they opt into email marketing, they are entered into the MailChimp database. The web forms also automate the creation of opportunities and are linked with the contacts/companies. Sales Managers with geographical responsibilities can easily filter contacts or projects based on these regions so they only see what they need. Daylite is not appropriate for Windows users.
Now I can easily process my emails, I can store them even I can pin them and make a sticky note so that whenever I have a meeting I can better assist the client.
This tool provides me numerous integrations to associate with Mac.
It is very easy to customize as I have customized the notification and alerts.
The ONLY issue that I have is there is ZERO phone customer service or training. Everything is done online or via email, which sucks in my opinion, but they always do get back to you.
They don't, they say they are a personal contact manager but I believe they are wanting large companies that have their own IT Departments as they don't really offer that good of support in my opinion and they do not have phone support. I wouldn't recommend this software to anyone for personal or business.
Daylite is dragging us towards success and giving reliable features. The developer and technical team listen to the feedback about the platform and correct the errors and bugs in the limited time frame. It helps in managing the project's progress, track the overall completion of project, plan, creates and performs with having a feature of adding a reminder to the task and helps in easily managing the finances too.
Daylite has been very helpful for new employees to answer their own questions about contacts/passwords, etc.
We found the tiny notification bell to be weak, sometimes a project comes in with a tight deadline and we have to double-check and ask an employee if they saw the notification. More time would be saved by just chatting about the project and its expectations.
A huge benefit is the institutional knowledge that can be had by reading past projects. We've tracked everything, so the history is there.
