Covve is a free service. Advanced users can access specialized functionality by subscribing to a Pro account. You can get your Covve Pro subscription through the app for $14.99 (monthly) or $89.99 (discounted annual). – Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase – Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period – Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal – Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase – Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable

Likelihood to Recommend	Cloze makes automatic decisions that often make no sense and you don't discover those mistakes unless it's too late. I would prefer Cloze to be less "Intelligent" and prompt the user more often to make specific decisions. Cloze is a good tool as an email system with great analytics on the contacts and on the emails. The user interface is far too full of information, it’s too much not to be distracted. It would be great if it was simplified. I do not recommend it as a Sales CRM because it’s very complicated to manage the deals and the contacts involved in every deal. Alternatives Considered	They don't, they say they are a personal contact manager but I believe they are wanting large companies that have their own IT Departments as they don't really offer that good of support in my opinion and they do not have phone support. Return on Investment	Won more jobs via being organised with automatic reminders. Saved a lot of time, finding related contacts, job files, etc. due to powerful Google Drive and Microsoft OneDrive syncing, and fetching of files.
