Having major issues with certain features and your only source of reprieve is the person who caused the issue is abominable I feel. Not sound. I have been sent messages of STOP, JUST LOOKING....... all because of the pestering messages that the system sends. Out of 90+ leads I have 1 person seriously looking for a home and needing help. It is a waste of time and creates a negative view of your name due to the pestering of their system. They will not work with you, they only threaten if you mention non-payment. The product looks and sounds great, but for realtors, it is nothing more than a scam. Legal recourse for potentially damaging my business name? It's a thought.
