While face to face recognition still occurs, this is a place where staff can post publicly or privately, but a majority choose public. It has been incredibly popular since our implementation. Alternatives Considered	I haven’t found any other platform that I would consider in a similar product to Bonusly. When we got involved with the platform, it was the only one of it’s type and we’ve been blown away with it since then. Return on Investment	Employees are encouraged to "live the values" as other members see and recognize their achievements monetarily. This spreads a load of recognition from just leadership/managers across the entire organization, potentially eliminating/reducing a recurring existing task your company is currently doing.
