Likelihood to Recommend	Bonusly has provided us a formal space to post recognition. While face to face recognition still occurs, this is a place where staff can post publicly or privately, but a majority choose public. It has been incredibly popular since our implementation. Staff love the ability to earn time off through recognition. That customized redemption is our most popular reward. I think it makes more sense to provide gifts rather than gift cards as rewards, as people don't really cash out the gift cards. Since Nectar didn't have this functionality in Germany, the platform wasn't ideal. People did provide and receive feedback but didn't really use the reward capabilities. Cons	There should be more option to redeem points like custom rewards. Then, more digital gift cards are popular for that specific country. We have a global workforce and there are different countries involved. Alternatives Considered	I haven’t found any other platform that I would consider in a similar product to Bonusly. When we got involved with the platform, it was the only one of it’s type and we’ve been blown away with it since then. We liked Nectar because it was an all in one feedback & gifting platform, but ultimately switched to Lattice paired with Snappy gifts for gifting as Snappy is able to provide physical gifts in US and Germany, and Lattice provides us other capabilities besides feedback such as performance reviews, engagement surveys, hosting 1:1s, utilizing competencies... Return on Investment	Employees are encouraged to "live the values" as other members see and recognize their achievements monetarily. This spreads a load of recognition from just leadership/managers across the entire organization, potentially eliminating/reducing a recurring existing task your company is currently doing. Features/freedom of posting in a 'social media' style environment encourages light-hearted comradery between employees.
