We have to use multiple different vendors (landlines, internet, wireless) to accommodate all of our needs and it is hard for just a few people to oversee the hundreds of lines. We did look at several competitors of Tellenium MoT 5 - 6 years ago when first considering carrier issues assistance. Tellenium's pricing and breadth of services were the best of all considered. We have been engaged with Tellenium Management of Things for over 5 years and we are extremely happy with their service. Our account team is a pleasure to work with.
