AT&T does not support us directly. We must go through their subcontractor BCDR. The previous BCDR account team was wonderful. The current BCDR account team refuses to help.

I’ve said enough. See first comment they charge for 30 days of service AFTER you terminate and return their equipment. That seems unfair to me.

  • When I signed their form to cancel service they should have told me they would still bill me for 30 more days. Which, I believe, is a crappy policy. I was not under any contract
