Amadeus Sales & Event Management vs. MONKEY

Great support and roll-out from Amadeus. The use of the product is very straight forward for the basics, and has great depth if you want to "get under the hood". The ability to centrally control contract or documentation formats across multiple regions, is a huge benefit.

From initial build out, and up through use in the live production environment, Amadeus Support has been extremely responsive, they take ownership of challenges presented, and they have strong follow up for satisfaction of resolution

No comparison.... Caterease is super slim and feature poor. Amadeus is feature rich and highly customizable.
