• PNR changes on issued tickets are easy.
• It has been able to find and sell airline tickets quickly.
• It is simple to use for making PNRs and purchasing plane tickets.
• It has a simple five-step process for generating flight PNRs.

• Tracking pertinent cusomter information.
• Providing a one stop solution to handling multiple needs for the hotel.
• Storing and computing data needed to monitor revenue and trends etc.

• Expensive subscriptions.
• It takes some effort to book a hotel or car.
• It loads slowly, and updates are rare.

• Room for improvement would be that at times the system runs a little slower than we would like it to. When you are busy you need things to be at its best especially when creating a seamless experience for your guests.
• Keeping up to date with the ever growing software and adding a few more perks or enhancements.
• Shortening the time it takes to fix glitches in the system.

Amadeus Reservation System is a top-tier option for booking
travel. It makes sharing airport and baggage policies with passengers easier
and speeds up checking in and paying for flights. It is user- and
operator-friendly, comprehensive, straightforward, precise, and up-to-date with
technological and data developments. When compared to competing systems, it is
both user- and operator-friendly

The system is really easy to use and to implement into your business. Training for the software is fairly easy which is important for new hires and so forth. When you think about any company which provides services in numerous ways, you really want a program that can be seamless throughout the department's and this software does just that.

• It's up-to-date with digital technology and data developments while being comprehensive and straightforward.
• It speeds up flight and fare checks, and sharing flight terminals and baggage allowances with clients helps.

• So far it has been an overall positive experience. It is easy to use, easy to train employees, and easy to implement into your business.
• It is very beneficial for tracking analytics and running much needed data to watch for trends.
• You can literally track everything down: hospitality needs, bedding costs, shipments, etc.
