Alora Home Health Software vs. Hospice Tools

I recently had 3 claims that I kept getting rejected through the clearinghouse. I called customer support and was able to get real time help same work day. I was able to set up zoom call and share screen and was walked through all the ways that could be causing problem. Guided me through how to correct problem and gave me more confidence to do it next time solo

[Hospice Tools is] great for hospice and palliative. Not sure it would work well for home health or other areas of healthcare.

• One on one training even after the live training is completed, if needed.
• Provides real time information, rather than having to sync information over several times a day.
• It is very customizable for each agency.

• A plan for next visit feature would be nice
• The wounds charted from SOC to role over into the first visit note rather then adding it back

Alora Home Health Software is overall the best and the most user-friendly software I have used in a really long time. Everything is just a simple click or touch of a button. The best part is if I don't know what to click I can always call the Alora Home Health Software customer service team, and with a smile they will walk you through what to click and enter in to help keep your company up and running.

Alora Home Health Software is more user friendly and the price is more affordable with a high quality service. Alora Home Health Software customer service is on point, Assistance is prompt and reassuring.

• We are not yet billing as we are waiting on initial Medicare survey. We look forward to billing and getting away from pro bono in the very near future.
