Perfect for allowing employees to track their paid time off and sick days. Useful for providing job summaries, explanation of benefits. We don't use it for tracking compensation, but it could be used for that purpose. We also post job announcements on the platform which is useful for me to see what kinds of jobs we are hiring for.

• Reporting can be more robust.
• More user control and real-time communication via the app would be helpful.
• A better online calendar layout could be more efficient, but the current one is sufficient as well.

Alongside has its upgraded version of account keeping and proper followups than those older CRMs

• Alongside has a goof ROI as it got less competitors on recruiting domain
• Profile shortlisting is entirely based on the company's requirements , so if we have a software for that like Alongside that would be great

• It makes tracking PTO super easy
• We replaced a very expensive and clunky custom SharePoint intranet with an extremely cost-effect Built For Teams service.
• It is super easy to maintain, leaving me free to tackle bigger issues in the organization
