Aircall is great for anyone who has multiple team members calling from the same number or a team that needs to call from many different numbers. The way Aircall allows users to organize people and numbers is extremely customizable and efficient. I think just about any business could benefit from using Aircall and highly recommend it!
We switched from Comcast years ago and haven't looked back. Nextiva has been an excellent choice for us. There has been minimal downtime, an easy-to-configure website, and fantastic live chat customer support. This product is easy to use if you need a VOIP call center system to manage users and how calls are routed. We recommend it!
Make onboarding easy and back it up with support. This lead to no service downtime for our customers while we transitioned.
Make their software very intuitive and user friendly while providing a good knowledgebase if you need a refresh or get stuck figuring something out on your own as I like to do.
Being very friendly and attentive when questions were being asked for needs we had.
No feature to update more than one phone line at the same time
Admins don't have access to the timeline of a call to see with which agent it rang
Missing agent-specific stats when your phone lines are organized in teams
If calls are setup to ring to a first group and then a second, if the whole first group is already busy, it does not go to the second group but puts the customer on hold
Only complaint is when you try to use the online assistant, it can take a while to get to you but it's not really been that bad and if I can't wait, I will just call and get them right away.
I give this rating as aircall is very easy to use but also lacks a parallel dialing feature which makes it slower to use. aircall has a pretty seamless integration with salesforce which is helpful. For the cost it is definitely very reasonable but it also lacks a live coaching/listening feature which is very valuable as a manager.
Its user friendly, easy to use and has been very reliable. We have nothing but good things to say about our service with Nextiva Business Phone Service. When needed their support team has always resolved any and all issues one way or another. They have been helpful, knowledgeable and very friendly. The features vs the cost is wonderful compared to other service providers.
I provide this rating based on my overall experience using Aircall. I have used it on my previous company as well and that being said, it is a proof that Aircall is a great tool to use in contact centers and with B2B businesses that has direct communication with clients.
The whole system sucks. It’s the worst and we are stuck. They won’t price match, they won’t even consider the other quotes we have and all they tell us to buy out and move on. They’re money grabbing snakes who need to go away. How they have this many stars is insane. I don’t know how people are writing these reviews
We've enjoyed using Aircall so far and have had no issues with it. The platform is easy to use, looks nice, and makes it easy to keep track of everything.
Support is great. We usually get someone on the phone; they answer our questions and help us with our issues. They are responsive when we call, and there is also a wealth of information on their online help center, which will typically answer our question or send us in the right direction.
No was done by Agency Owner and was done with the help of Nextiva Support and Sales team. Went very well and has been working great since then. Was originally only two phones and then we continue to add to that. We did not have any reported issues and was a great experience for our Agency and Small Business.
I am not the right person to answer this because I don't make the purchase decisions within our company. I have worked with several companies, and every one of them has their tools. I particularly liked Aircall among all of them because of the different reasons I have already mentioned before.
Nextiva Business Phone Service provides the same functionality that we desire for a lesser price than their competitors. I think where they really shine is their customer service. Our account manager has always been very helpful and never left me wondering if I'm missing out on anything. Their customer service is top notch and responds very soon after inquiring and just about every time the issue we were having was addressed and solved in under 2 days.
Because of the lack of local partnerships with South African telecoms companies, calls to South Africa is very expensive. This was not originally apparent when opening the Aircall account.
Not having the option to display a local South African number in the CLIP, means that people are not always eager to pick up the phone when they see an overseas number ringing.
The only positive impact has been the collaborative experience and being able to maintain a virtual office
ROI - we are saving money, a lot of money, and we have a MUCH better phone system
Consolidation - we migrated 6 different phone systems in 6 different counties into one, and it's been wonderful!
Management - managing this system is so much better than Mitel, Panasonic, and any other system I have used. We are able to assign rights to certain staff to also make changes, and it's user friendly and almost fool proof.
