ACH Risk Manager is well suited for banks who are focusing on payments and processing for a lot of originators. ACH Risk Manager is not well suited for smaller banks who process minimal ACH transactions / do not support ACH for commercial customers who are originating their own transactions. It is great for mid-large banks.

Usability
Affirmative Technologies
It is very functional, but the user interface could use some work. Some of the bulk upload capabilities are not very intuitive and require enhancement. It would be nice if it were a bit more configurable for more sophisticated use cases (such as processing for third-party senders). However we are overall happy with it.
