Very well suited for venture capital or any firm where you are managing a lot of stakeholders that are in different groups.

It's well-suited to small companies without a dedicated sales force. It helps collect, organize and analyze leads. Perhaps, it adds value to larger teams too, but it has certainly been a valuable addition to us early on in the business when build lead lists and client lists were more challenging. I'm not sure what the current pricing structure is, but it was good value for us at the time of purchase 2 years; pricing has not increased for us since then. So, again, for smaller teams or teams with a limited reach out budget, this may be a suitable option.

We will definitely be renewing. The value for the price we are paying is solid, and we are interested in growing our use to see if we can expand on the value we are getting from Nudge.ai.

Support Rating
Nudge.ai is fairly intuitive, so the need for support is minimal. I have only had to reach out to the support team a couple of times for minor issue. The response has been quick and issues resolved to my satisfaction in a reasonable time frame. I have no issues with Nudge support at this time.

They are in Sweden so getting a response back from them is slow and I think their team isn't that big.

Alternatives Considered
Two different companies, so it's not like I chose one over the other. However, after using both Affinity and Salesforce, I can say that Affinity is easier to use due to its simplicity. Salesforce had a lot of bells and whistles, that when used appropriately, I'm sure can help, but its not needed for what I currently do.

More or less, Albacross is similar to their competitors but they have a great support, better data accuracy (subjective), and easy setup.
