ADP GlobalView Payroll vs. Inova Payroll

ADP GlobalView Payroll is well suited if we want to process payroll for multiple employees at once. It helps in calculation of hourly compensation for employees having different payrate. It also helps in auto run of payroll at regular intervals. There is still a scope of improvement for contractor payment in different currencies.

Unless I'm in an unusual situation with an employee, it only takes a few minutes to complete payroll with Inova. Some features are not yet fully customizable and, as a result, force us to reverse engineer processes in a roundabout way that does not necessarily meet our business needs.

Have not experience or noticed that the ADP GlobalView has an outage, so I can say that support has been good on making the tool highly available.

Our company implemented the use of Gusto, and although the payroll service is excellent, the main reason we switched to Inova Payroll was the poor customer service that this program offered us in order to solve the "MANY" problems that were shown on the site.
