Adobe Firefly just isn't as good as ChatGPT Pro. You aren't able to brainstorm with Firely and talk through the evolution of images. It doesn't have as large of a pull across the Internet and overall, just doesn't provide the quality of images that I need. The only thing that …
Chose Adobe Firefly
I tried entering it above, but none came up. I've also worked with ChatGPT (paid and free). Poe.com (paid and free) and Midjourney (paid). All of them created better imagery than Firefly. None were as fast or as easy to use. So, depending on the depth of your work, …

I tried to find Dall-e in the list as it is more closely related to Adobe Firefly. The closest to Dall-e that I used is ChatGPT. It is definitely not the same as it is uses language not image. I actually enjoy the fact that Firefly is not trying to pretend it is a human and …
Chose Adobe Firefly
ChatGPT image creation is much more limited than Adobe Firefly and it is more difficult to give it prompts that create the image you are looking for. I would use Firefly before ChatGPT every time.
Chose Adobe Firefly
The quality and clarity of the visuals generated by Adobe Firefly is more consistent and life-like than ChatGPT. The options to create different types of visuals such as graphics, illustrations as well as photorealistic images is a great benefit. The integration options with …
Chose Adobe Firefly
Since it is from Adobe, which is recognized worldwide for image and video editing, I believe that Firefly is ahead of ChatGPT in terms of image generation. In terms of Machine Learning, it performs better than ChatGPT and CoPilot, although Notion AI is very good and has a better …

ChatGPT is able to take my words and create something very close to what I'm asking. FireFly isn't that good at doing that
Chose Adobe Firefly
Adobe Firefly couples well with the other Adobe Apps we use for our organisation, so the overall subscription includes other products we can leverage. We find that FireFly produces the same, if not better results that it's AI competitors such as ChatGPT and Google Gemini.

Chose Adobe Firefly
I found that when using ChatGPT for generating images, the whole end result looked amateurish. Image quality was loose and not at all photo realistic. Although neither engine can generate text on an image to a useable standard, Firefly has far superior image rendering and the …
Chose Adobe Firefly
Honestly it's more to do with specific purpose and my love for the brand. I use a wide range of Adobe products and always have done. Plus comparing ChatGPT against Firefly is a tough ask as ChatGPT is more focused on text based solutions.

Other alternatives I have used like …
Chose Adobe Firefly
While ChatGPT is sort of the leader, in my opinion, Firefly is more accessible and seems a little for user friendly. Particularly if you are at all familiar with any other Adobe design products. I have only used a trial version of kittl so I am not all that familiar with …
Chose Adobe Firefly
I've used Adobe Firefly as opposed to other image generators because it is a part of the Adobe suite.
Chose Adobe Firefly
Adobe expertise is reflected on Firefly. There are several tools and options that other AI platforms are unable to provide.

Midjourney was not in this list but that is the most similar to Firefly in my opinion. I find that Adobe Firefly and Midjourney have a lot of overlap. The generative fill options on Photoshop and Illustrator also include very similar use cases with generating photography and …
Chose Adobe Firefly
Adobe Firefly is as easy, if not easier to use versus its competitors in the creative space. However, because it is so easy, it lacks the ability to tweak its settings to the degree a creative would expect. The biggest benefits is its integration into Adobe PhotoShop and it's …
Chose Adobe Firefly
I like Adobe Firefly because if you are already familiar with the platform, it's easier to integrate into photoshop and the creative cloud suite. There are also more options that something like Dalle with Chat GPT. If it is something you do for a living, I'd recommend this over …
Chose Adobe Firefly
I appreciate that it allows me to provide a reference image and adjust styles, plus the image expansion feature is really useful. Being integrated into Photoshop, which I use daily, makes it even more convenient.

I think they stack up well against the other options, and I like that you know the images it generates are safe to use commercially - something that is a big concern for me and my team! I also like it's natural integration with other Adobe Creative Suite products, since that's …

UI is present, so makes it easier to use.
Chose Adobe Firefly
Adobe Firefly is fast, and generates images based on text and ideas. It's a fantastic tool for me, a content creator when I need a high-quality visual without that required tight Photoshop control. Photoshop is wonderful for editing and finalizing projects that require …
Chose Adobe Firefly
I like both, I'm subscribed to both. I have more options in terms of design choices with Adobe Firefly.
Chose Adobe Firefly
Adobe Firefly works pretty similar to what we also use in Canva. Canva's AI graphical generation also works fine, but we tend to use Firefly more because we feel it gives us more options that are closer to our scope and needs. We use both because we're active in both programs.
Chose Adobe Firefly
Just like the creative edge it has being trained with Adobe assets.

Adobe
As I mentioned before, Adobe Firefly is a good AI generation tool, however it has both its pros and cons. If you are in a fast-paced scenario, streamlining your work and/or looking for momentary inspiration to get a project done is ideal; since it is integrated within the same Adobe suite (at least in Photoshop, Illustrator and Premiere Pro along with After Effects in beta) and usually saves you time in searches in browsers as well as in other services that, although they can help, are not fully integrated into the suite. However, as a downside, it must be clarified that since it is not perfect in content generation, you tend to waste some time trying to properly generate the prompt necessary for the optimal generation of the desired result. It is essential to clarify that it is also tiring that the prompt is not generated at all, causing you to fall behind in delivery times as well as in the quality of the material that was requested to be generated.

I’d definitely recommend ChatGPT to anyone as a great introduction to generative AI and as a starting point in research, writing, brainstorming, or general questions or judgement questions. It can be a great tool to use when you don’t necessarily need an accurate answer. For example, I wouldn’t let it calculate my taxes, but I’d use it to ask some general tax questions, then ask for sources and then verify by checking those sources. I also love ChatGPT for writing and questions - it’s great for emails, creating templates and outlines, and for generating spreadsheet formulas.

Pros
Adobe
  • Generative fill is a real time-saver, enabling us to modify images to suit our needs quickly and easily.
  • Text to image is an effective and fun tool to use, enabling us to create hard-to-find images for projects, or to create fantasy-like images that would otherwise require lots of manual effort to generate.
  • Firefly enables non-designers and artists to generate ideas, helping them to brief the design team in more detail.

  • Saves time by generating content about a specific topic very quickly
  • Allows us to quickly learn information online (from various sources or even a single lengthy article) into more summed up digestible paragraphs (and even bullet points)
  • Can autogenerate content on a vast amount of topics

Cons
Adobe
  • Has mild compatibility issues depending on what software or needs you have pre existing.
  • While it does have deep customization, the areas it can apply to are bit narrow. It’s good quality, but we still find a few missing features and often supplement with human interaction.
  • Has a bit of a problem with file size uploads, which is tough in media related tasks.

  • Wish it had support for better slides generation. Sometimes we found ourselves using chatgpt to outline a presentation but build it ourselves or use a tool like Gamma
  • Maybe a chepear $10 plan. In some countries the US dollar can be expensive and $20 goes a long way.
  • I wish you could make projects with more files. They limit it. Or make the limit based on the content, not the number of files per se

Adobe Firefly is a very useful tool. It is compatible with my other graphic design tools in the Adobe Suite. It performs well and I have an understanding of many of its capabilities. Due to those factors alone, I find that I am able to incorporate it into my workflow pretty seamlessly.

ChatGPT is a powerful assistant. As long as you understand what it is you're looking for in its results, it can save you a lot of time due to its ability to do the heavy lifting for you. This frees your time up to enable you to concentrate on other tasks.

Usability
Adobe
I’m giving Adobe Firefly a 6 because, while it’s great for quickly generating design options, it has its limitations. It’s user-friendly for basic tasks and definitely helps speed things up, but when we need more customization or a specific style, it can feel a bit restrictive. The collaboration tools are also somewhat limited, which can be challenging for larger teams working together. Overall, it’s a helpful tool, but there’s room for improvement in advanced features and team collaboration.

It's a potent utility tool, personally and professionally. It’s also very convenient - it can be used for a wide range of things and scenarios, and when used correctly, it usually produces dependable results in
seconds. I would give it a full 10 if it didn't hallucinate as much as it does, and the image generator was more accurate.

As I have noted in previous answers, the integration of Adobe Firefly is already done for you. It is part of the Adobe Suite and works seamlessly with all other Adobe products. If you don't happen to use Adobe products, it works just like any other AI image creation tool in that you can save and download your creations to edit in whatever software tools you prefer.

they all work very similar, and since answers are probabilistic, sometimes you get better answers from other similar apps. ChatGPT was a pioneer and its several iterations have made many improvements in usability. It's as a wide set of knowledge and you can pretty much ask it anything. But for complex tasks (reminders, automations, data science related tasks) it still needs a lot of work

  • Overall, we have eliminated one of our paid stock subscriptions since we can get a good bit of image support through Adobe AI integrations
  • We are still at a bit of a break-even with firefly if you consider the credits cost and the additional "touchup" time needed when the AI generated image is not quite there.
  • Again, I think in 2-3 years, Firefly will be a bigger part of our daily workload. Right now, its more of a novelty that can help with quick fixes, an icon, a background pattern...just moving towards less stock resources and towards generating our own through ai

  • I can solve problems quickly. What would take some time, for example, writing an SPF string, ChatGPT can do it correctly in seconds if I it gives the correct information.
  • The best tool I've ever used for research. For example, I can ask ChatGPT to list all the villages, cities and townships in a specific county. And provide the URL link for each.
  • Problems that seem unsolvable, i.e. why is Gmal rejecting every message from our list server is answered with a number of suggestions that I can follow up with.
  • Basically, has elimited a tech support position in our company.
