We have selected it because it is having very strong OCR Engine. Also, AI-based features like machine learning for the training of batches are a strong feature in ABBYY FlexiCapture. Also, it has the ability to export data into SharePoint and other ECM systems like M-Files. Also, the automatic classification feature for batches is another feature that was the reason for choosing this product.

IBM's solution excels in handling complex workflows and content collaboration across different departments, aligning closely with our operational needs. While Microsoft Power Automate is user-friendly, it was not as well-suited to our specific workflow complexity and integration requirements.
