365 Data Science vs. Jhana

365 Data Science is perfect for beginners—people or organizations—to start doing data science. They never assume you know something before explaining it. 365 Data Science is not optimal for experienced programmers as they would find the pace too slow.

If you are growing quickly and need to give first time people managers a resource to learn the basics this is a good tool. If you have established leaders this is not a good tool for them. It covers the basics and ABCs of people management and does not go much further than that.

• Well-structured courses.
• Easy to use platform.
• Great customer support.

• There are weekly articles that are sent out
• There is info on just about any HR topic there is
• There are activities and exercises that can be done

• There was no coding in the browser supported. I know that other platforms offer this, but the 365 Team suggested that having all files on your PC resembles real-life coding much better.

• The articles are very surface level
• It is hard to make it valuable in a specific situation. One size does not fit all.
• The exercises don't seem totally flushed out

Their support is very friendly and it answered all my inquiries in a timely manner.

I've tried several alternatives, but 365 Data Science really provides the whole package.

I have not used any other products like Jhana and I am not sure of what else would be out there. So it is hard to explain how Jhana has stacked up. I would image it stacks up well against anything else. My guess is that other tools feel a lot more corporate.

• It helped me to learn on how to better use big data and apply it to my business and research.

• It costs money for users that don't really use it
• It quickly gives a resource to new managers
• It is something for HR to use with new managers
