10to8 Appointment Scheduling Software vs. LeanData

I still give it a 10 for appointment scheduling. It has a lot of great features for the price. Even the free option has great features. it's easy to set up and get started. It saves so much time when scheduling appointments with other people.

Inbound Lead Automation is king. This is why we implemented LeanData, and it has exceeded our expectations so far. It has completely replaced the one person we needed to manually intake leads, and it is doing so with a low margin of error. Less appropriate is when we are getting clients outside of our markets, due to Partnership agreements, where the routing doesn't work cleanly since there is no defined territory. We are working to address that, however.

• For startups on a low budget, it offers a free plan that allows you one or two integrations.
• You can embed your booking page that you create directly on 10to8 to your website using a shortcode.
• You can charge for appointments booked in advance which helps to eliminate the frustration of clients of no show clients.
• You can customize your booking page to fit in with your business trading times, block out lunches, holidays and special days.
• You can ensure the appointments are synced if with your existing Google, outlook and office 365 calendars.

• LeanData's UX is top notch. I love how intuitive the FlowBuilder is, and how it helps visualize a process. I don't need to use another tool to map out the flow, and then build it again in LeanData. I also love the testing feature.
• LeanData support is amazing. So communicative, and helpful. They were so helpful during onboarding, and continue to be a great resource as we optimize.
• Territory management/Routing/user scheduling is super easy in LeanData. Far more robust than other solutions out there.

• Some of the CRM tools are limited or slow; perhaps an ability to customize for specific needs.
• More ability to customize the schedule page.
• They need an APP for iPhone and Android.

• When uploading leads from a tradeshow, if you have multiple leads from the same company, LeanData will create multiple opportunities. We created a work-around to add a delay to the second individual from each company so that LeanData would not create the duplicate opportuntity, but the ability to do that out of the box would be nice.
• We have a complex salesforce instance with complicated hierarchies. Sometimes LeanData will match to the incorrect account. We would like it to match to the headquarters.

Have renewed 3x already. It's the best system we've seen for managing actions and outputs across multiple platforms

Easy to use and set up. It has a lot of great features for the price, such as syncing to calendars, auto-reminders, allows clients to reschedule or cancel, and a widget for our website.

The software is an affordable lead routing and management software.

Unlimited customizability and seamless integration with other systems.

Efficiency in lead management and generation.

I've only had to reach out to customer service twice, but both times the people that I spoke to were quick to respond, knew what they were talking about and were able to walk me through fixing the issues.

Fantastic customer success team that ensures deployment starts off on the right foot. There is room for improvement on the side of straategic planning and business consulting services offered by LeanData. I recommend working with an experienced consultant or third party who has implemented the product before.

Pricing for the options was not as affordable as 10 to 8. I could only use it for a short-term (days) for free, which wasn't appealing to me. I eventually upgraded on 10 to 8 after a few months of use because it gave me enough time to feel comfortable with it.

We tried using Ringlead for routing purposes but the way the logic needed to be built was super complex, repetitive and prone to manual errors so we like Leandata as auditing and testing is better and you can even see where the error is for your graph. Having a graphical or visual presentation really made the difference

• Coordinating with students is difficult. Booking virtual classes and scheduling remote mentoring appointments and consultations are tasks that universities and colleges struggle with

• We haven't measured LeanData in terms of ROI, however we are able to use it for SLA time-to-action tracking which has been an eye opener for our speed to lead initiatives. We just started, so I don't have any solid numbers yet.
