Overall Satisfaction with Zoom Workplace
We use Zoom Workplace for communication and meetings. Its a great tool for a work from home environment. It addresses challenges like maintaining communication in a hybrid work environment, facilitating client-facing calls, and conducting training sessions. its also a great tool for webinars, and cross-team collaboration. Scheduling and screen-sharing tools are a bonus.

Zoom Workplace and Slack serve different purposes. Zoom is better for formal meetings, client calls, and webinars with its strong video and collaboration features. Slack works well for quick chats, team communication, and simple calls but isn’t ideal for large or formal events. We chose Zoom for its reliability in handling big meetings and important discussions, complementing Slack’s day-to-day use.
