Overall Satisfaction with Zoom Workplace
We conduct weekly meetings of up to 20 attendees. The meetings alternate between hybrid and online. We have half of the members on premises, and half are spread from the USA to Japan, with Europe and Africa in the middle. Zoom Workplace allows us to meet effectively and efficiently to conduct our club business.

Cons
- I don't like that the control bar at the bottom of the screen shifts when I open the chat or the participants side bar. It means I cannot open and close without moving my mouse. I think it would be better instead of shrinking the control bar, move items into the More area.
- The Audio options should be Same as System as default
- We have been able to meet throughout lock-down.
- We have expanded our member base worldwide
- Sometimes members choose to attend online instead of in person
Better security control, where only hosts can control many features. In Teams anyone can spotlight, or mute participants.
