Cons

  • Zoom for phone could use better setup - let me assign numbers before users accept invites.
  • Better service for coworking spaces - spaces where a login/email is a pain to provide. Can you scan a QR code to start a meeting? Having to type in a URL on a zoom room is a big pain.
  • It made moving from old technology very easy
