Overall Satisfaction with Zoom Workplace

We use Zoom Workplace for (almost) all of our internal communication. It has helped so much to have everything in one place.

Pros

  • Team Chat - allows us to keep things in one place
  • Calendar - great to have the calendar and the Zoom Workplace meeting creation in one spot

Cons

  • Scheduler - it is not always clear how to set it up or how it would help our members schedule with us
  • Continuous meeting chat - helpful if people in the meeting already are using team chat
  • improved history and search ability for our internal comms

It has really strengthen our ability to communicate as a virtual team. I would think about needing it in a physical office space but don't have that experience
