We are using Zoom Video across our global offices with 60+ zoom rooms. It brings people together to collaborate and build a culture of inclusion.

Pros

  • Easy to use
  • Simple to install and configure
  • Consistent and reliable
  • Zoom listens to its customers
  • Great partnership

Cons

  • More reporting and analytics
  • Additional licensing tiers
  • PSO can be more customer dedicated and responsive
  • Increase of Video Conferencing and reduction in travel (hard $$$ savings).
  • Bridge the gap by bringing distributed teams together..
  • Swarm and collaboration on critical incidents to restore services.
Skype for Business, Cisco telepresence, Crestron, Teams, and other stand-alone IP video conferencing solutions.
Our Zoom Rooms have been the biggest success. ZoomPhone is now the solution that will have even greater success.
