Overall Satisfaction with Zoom

We use zoom for all of our videos and chat communications. We have several Zoom meeting rooms and a few mobile setups that help us with our daily work. The mobile units allow our trainers to be mobile and take them on the road to conferences and events. The meeting rooms are always available and almost always in use since they are so good. We have remote employees that use zoom to train and communicate with team members, other teams, or management. It allows our company to be more connected than ever and to get more work done.

  • I need better equipment as my room is not the best acoustically.
  • Missing more robust telephony features, but I can't wait!
  • We have been able to lower our costs of meeting rooms 7x.
  • Easy of use is priceless!
  • We have better visibility on finding what may be causing issues on call quality.
Zoom should be the only video conferencing software that you use. It is amazing. It works quickly and easily and it is always great quality. There are very little pain points and are very friction-less. Teams can work and collaborate together with the screen-sharing functionality and be able to cross-train each other.
