Overall Satisfaction with Zoom

We are in the process of deploying Zoom to the entire organization.

Pros

  • It's easy to join meetings.
  • There are numerous ways to connect to meetings.
  • It has a large feature offering.

Cons

  • There's a lack of chat archiving functionality.
  • We anticipate cost savings compared to our current conferencing spend.
We use Zoom multiple times a day for various meetings and webinars. We have replaced 11 different conferencing platforms with Zoom.
