Overall Satisfaction with Zoom

We use Zoom with multiple customers, FAA, and within GDIT. Zoom Rooms and webinars are the primary use. We are in ground breaking implementation with our customers.

Pros

  • The DTEN is an outstanding use case of Zoom video in small to medium environments.
  • It just works! Easy to set up and use with nice and easy mobility.
  • Makes remote working easy, increases productivity and collaboration between teams.

Cons

  • Need all the features to work in a Fed Ramp certified environment.
  • Improve on the delivery time of the DTEN 75.
  • Zoom has absolutely increased our UC tool kit. I love the product.
  • Extended out team's remote capabilities.
Zoom is definitely better priced, easier to use and set up.
The all-in-one DTEN type of unit is awesome! I would enjoy a lower cost or slight reduction for bulk buys.
