Overall Satisfaction with Zoom

We are an Integration company. We design and install enterprise-level AV systems. We often are building conference/huddle spaces that include Zoom/Zoom Rooms.

Pros

  • Ease of access.
  • Touch integration.
  • Filling enterprise soft codec needs.

Cons

  • I don't really have anything major that sticks out right now.
  • It's too early to say right now.
  • Positive overall.
So far, Zoom's agnostic approach has made it easier to get through to certain customers.
I think it fits in all of our market spaces except for the Military and Government due to security concerns. Other than that, it seems Zoom can fit almost anywhere.
