We use Zoom to stay connected. The overall user interface is very easy to use, so we spend less time training new users.

Pros

  • Ease of use.
  • It offers good coverage.
  • Simple deployment.

Cons

  • It was easier to Integrate into larger conference rooms than its competition.
  • We mainly integrated Zoom for our customers.
  • It has helped us a lot.
Zoom is great for:
  • Small huddle spaces.
  • Desktops that offer remote support.
  • Anybody needing to be face to face.
