Overall Satisfaction with Zoom

We have Zoom and Zoom Rooms and started using Zoom Phones recently. It has been much better than our previous choices. Easy to use and easy to manage. Since we are spread all around the world, Zoom helps to make meetings productive and helps with team building. We use it globally throughout the organization.

Pros

  • Easy background
  • Zoom Phone portability between desktop and mobile, not forwarding
  • Chats are much easier and have less lag than other products we have used

Cons

  • Zoom Room device updates and setup could be a little smoother
  • Fostered better team relationships.
  • Less time wasted trying to get everyone in a meeting.
Zoom seems to work well from two-person to 30 people chat with the ability to see others in the meeting, along with sharing and chatting.
