Overall Satisfaction with Zoom

Zoom has been excellent for our environment and is used throughout the whole organization. It's used to communicate within the organization easily; and Zoom Rooms are easy to use!

  • Easy to use
  • Friendly interface

Cons

  • Audio quality
  • It has not had much impact as we do not have or use across multiple sites.
Zoom is a lot better to use.
It's well suited for business/multi-sites corporate environment.
