Overall Satisfaction with Zoom

We use it in the entire organization. We can host large and small meetings from just about anywhere.

Pros

  • One-touch to start meetings.
  • Ease of use for the end-user.
  • Great support.

Cons

  • Refresh functionality on the DTEN unit for upcoming meetings.
  • Cost savings.
  • Easier collaboration across our business units.
We used to use GoToMeeting. It is much easier to use Zoom and manage it.
It's suited for hosting meetings from anywhere. The flexibility and ease of use are unmatched.
